# \[Web, Drive] 링크 대상 파일이 업데이트 될 때 링크가 삭제되도록 설정하는 방법

이 매뉴얼에서는 발송한 공유 링크의 파일이 업데이트될 때 링크가 삭제되도록 설정하는 방법에 대해 설명합니다.

### 제한·보충사항 <a href="#a04" id="a04"></a>

* 본 매뉴얼은 My Box에서 파일을 선택하여 생성한 링크에도 동일하게 적용됩니다.
* 본 매뉴얼의 절차에 따라 링크가 삭제되는 경우는 업로드로 인해 파일이 업데이트되었을 때이며, 온라인 편집으로 파일이 업데이트된 경우에는 링크가 삭제되지 않습니다.
* 폴더가 업데이트되었을 때 링크가 삭제되도록 설정하는 것은 불가능합니다.
* 본 매뉴얼의 절차 외에도 아래 항목 중 하나라도 해당되면 링크는 삭제됩니다.

  * 링크를 생성한 사용자가 삭제된 경우
  * 사용자가 생성한 링크를 삭제하는 방법을 통해 관리자가 링크를 삭제한 경우
* 삭제된 링크는 다시 활성화할 수 없습니다.
* 링크 생성 화면에서 표시되는 언어는 프로필의 설정 화면에서 변경할 수 있습니다.
