# DirectCloud AI Home 사용 방법

### 개요

DirectCloud에서는, 생성 AI를 활용하여 Storage에서 필요한 정보를 빠르게 찾아낼 수 있는 옵션 서비스인 DirectCloud AI를 제공하고 있습니다.\
DirectCloud AI가 유효한 폴더 또는 파일을 대상으로 채팅을 시작하면, 생성 AI가 대상 파일을 참조하여 정보를 보기 쉬운 형식으로 제시해 주는 구조입니다.\
채팅에서는, 질문과 답변 외에도 파일 요약, 비교, 검색 등 다양한 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.\
또한, AI 기능을 활용한 Web 검색도 할 수 있습니다.\
DirectCloud AI가 유효한 폴더에서는, DirectCloud AI 에디터를 이용함으로써, AI의 특성을 설정하거나 청크 데이터를 편집하여 더 정확한 답변을 얻을 수 있도록 조정할 수 있습니다.\
채팅은, 챗봇 위젯으로 외부 웹사이트에 설치할 수도 있습니다.\
이 매뉴얼에서는 Web 브라우저와 DirectCloud 드라이브에서 DirectCloud AI Home을 이용하는 방법을 설명합니다.

### 제한·보충사항 <a href="#a04" id="a04"></a>

* 이 매뉴얼의 절차를 따라 DirectCloud AI를 사용하려면 다음 설정이 완료되어 있어야 합니다.
  * 관리자 페이지의 'DirectCloud AI'->'설정' 에서 DirectCloud AI 를 '사용' 으로 설정
  * 폴더 속성의 ‘DirectCloud AI’를 ‘사용함’으로 설정
  * [DirectCloud AI를 사용하기 위한 파일을 준비하는 방법](https://help.directcloud.net/user_manual/directcloud-ai/directcloud-ai-1) 절차에 따라 DirectCloud AI의 처리 대상 파일 준비 완료
* 본 매뉴얼의 순서 외에도, 파일 목록의 AI 버튼을 이용하는 방법의 순서로 폴더・파일 목록 화면에서 AI 버튼의 메뉴를 클릭한 경우에도, DirectCloud AI Home이 표시됩니다.

1. Web 브라우저에서 다음 중 하나의 방법으로 DirectCloud AI Home을 표시합니다.

❶ 화면 오른쪽 상단에 표시된 ‘AI Home’ 버튼을 클릭합니다.
