# 파일 코멘트 기능을 활성화하는 방법

이 매뉴얼에서는 Directcloud의 파일 코멘트 기능을 활성화하는 방법에 대해 설명합니다.

### 제한·보충사항 <a href="#a04" id="a04"></a>

* 관리자 권한이 부여된 사용자는 관리자 페이지의 '공유 설정'을 사용할 수 있습니다.
* 파일의 코멘트 기능은 기본적으로 사용함으로 설정되어 있습니다.
* 파일의 코멘트 기능을 비활성화하면 폴더 속성에서 코멘트 표시가 사라집니다.
* 파일 코멘트는 PC Agent에서는 사용할 수 없습니다.
* 업로더 접근 권한이 부여된 사용자는 파일 코멘트 기능을 이용할 수 없습니다.
* 아래의 모든 조건을 만족하는 경우, 파일에 코멘트가 추가되었을 때 알림 메일이 전송됩니다.

1. '공유 설정' > '코멘트 설정'메뉴를 클릭합니다.
