### 제한·보충사항
* 관리자 권한이 부여된 사용자는 [관리자의 기능 제한](https://boxmanager.directcloud.jp/setting/manager) 으로 "공유"를 선택해야 합니다.
* 어떤 계층의 폴더에 액세스 권한이 설정되었는지에 관계없이 알림 메일이 전송됩니다.
* '액세스 권한 추가 알림 메일'은 게스트에게 액세스 권한을 부여할 때도 전송되지만 보조 관리자에게 액세스 권한을 부여한 경우에는 전송되지 않습니다.
* 사용자 페이지의 프로필에서 '통지 메일'을 '수신 안 함'으로 설정해도 액세스 권한 추가 알림 메일이 전송됩니다.

### 절차
1. 공유 > 공유 메뉴를 선택합니다.
2. 공유 설정 메뉴에서 액세스 권한 추가 알림 메일의 사용을 선택합니다.
설정은 즉시 저장됩니다.
사용자 및 게스트에 액세스 권한이 추가되면 대상 사용자와 게스트의 이메일 주소로 '새 공유 폴더가 생성되었습니다.'라는 제목의 이메일이 전송됩니다.
